This policy explains how Mandiradar (mandiradar.com) processes users' personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish data-protection law.

2. What data we process
This is an informational site and requires no registration or user account. We process a minimal amount of data:
- Browsing data: IP address and approximate country (via IP geolocation, to show you the correct store), plus technical browser and device data, processed by our infrastructure providers.
- Market preference: we store a functional cookie (
petmarket) in your browser with your assigned market (Spain or the US). It is not identifying data. - Affiliate click events: when you click a product link, we log in aggregate the product identifier, store, market and timestamp for statistical purposes. We do not link this to an identified individual.
- Communications: if you email us, we process the data you provide to handle your query.

4. Retention

We do not sell your data. We may share it with providers of infrastructure services:

- Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting.
- Amazon Europe Core S.à r.l. (Amazon EU Associates Programme, amazon.es store) and Amazon.com, Inc. (Amazon US Associates Program, amazon.com store, based in the US) — depending on the market assigned to you, clicking an affiliate link redirects you to the relevant Amazon store, which processes your data as an independent controller under its own privacy policies.
6. International transfers
Some providers and recipients are located outside the European Economic Area (for example, Amazon.com, Inc. and other infrastructure providers in the US). Such transfers rely on the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or applicable adequacy frameworks).
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to damiardizzone@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.
8. Minors
This site is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
